Accordists are developing a dynamic short term ‘Relations Index’ to measure progress in Israeli foreign relations in a more detailed dynamic manner over a five year window, starting immediately after the signing of the Abraham Accords.
This will inter alia account for trade flows, tourism, investment, short term diplomatic relations and UN resolutions.
